1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zengvora.site and any purchase from Zeng Vora. By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping any account details confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Products & descriptions
Many items on Zeng Vora are handmade by independent studios, so small variations in colour, texture, glaze and size are natural and not defects. Product photos are for illustration; screens may display colours differently. We work to keep descriptions accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case any payment will be refunded in full. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only: you pay the full order amount in cash to the courier when your order is delivered. We may call you to confirm your order before dispatch.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example in the case of stock limits, suspected fraud or errors.
6. Shipping & delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
7. Returns & refunds
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Personalised, made-to-order and final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty. To start a return, email info@zengvora.site with your order number. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued by bank transfer or another method agreed with you within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography and design — belongs to Zeng Vora or its makers and licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Third-party services & ads
The Site may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) and links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeng Vora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Zeng Vora against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Zeng Vora operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
